With 17+ years in real estate, Ralph is dedicated to enhancing the home-selling experience. Ranked among the top five realtors nationwide for most homes sold (2018–2020), his expertise drives List With Freedom’s success. As CEO, he oversees all operations while staying connected to customers. Married for 31 years, he’s a proud father of two and enjoys relaxing by the pool and competitive hobbies like fishing and hiking.

Jim Tyminski
Jim Tyminski founded List With Freedom in 2005 to revolutionize real estate by empowering customers and saving them money. A skilled programmer and broker, he created the platform’s technology to simplify home selling. After consulting in 2014, Jim returned full-time in 2019 to continue his mission. Previously, he founded Updates.com, acquired by Ziff-Davis in 2000, showcasing his talent for innovation.
Andrea Schaja

Andrea Schaja
Andrea joined List With Freedom as VP of Operations after 25+ years of operational experience in the banking, insurance and camping industries, including roles at Bankers Trust, AIG, Aon Corporation and Camp Lokanda. Andrea works with her team to create efficiencies and better experiences for customers and staff. Andrea graduated from The Wharton School and has been a leader in various not-for-profit, education, and community organizations.
Erika Denis
Director of Listing and Closing Departments
Erika Denis
Erika has 8+ years working as a licensed real estate agent and small business owner. She has been with List With Freedom since 2022 and now is the Director of both our Listing and Closing Departments. She works with a team of Listing Experience Managers and Listing Assistants to deliver quality and timely MLS Listings. Erika also oversees a team of Closing Transaction Coordinators who provide individual service to customers under contract.

Since 2022, Cheryl has been our Director of Customer Service, joining after 25+ years of experience with T-Mobile, Intuit, and Upwork leading global executive-level teams. From a small family-owned business to a publicly traded, global impacting customer team, Cheryl brings an executive level of experience building teams, departments, prioritizing new processes, and improving customer satisfaction while meeting business needs and scaling for growth.

Danielle is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the fields of business process outsourcing, telecommunications, sales, and real estate. She is proficient in transaction coordination, customer service, technical support, marketing, and management. With five years of managerial experience, Danielle leads the closings department, overseeing the team responsible for managing all escrow transactions from opening to closing.

Kim joined List With Freedom in 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise in ecommerce and digital marketing, particularly within the home industry. As Director of Marketing, Kim is focused on enhancing LWF's digital presence, driving growth initiatives, and optimizing the customer experience. Kim enjoys taking pottery classes at a fine arts center and is passionate about traveling and wildlife conservation.

Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and CTO, he leads a talented team to transform ideas into exceptional user experiences across LWF digital platforms. He has a passion for driving and enjoys everything powered by internal combustion engines.
