How do I get help if I need it?
List With Freedom offers customer support through phone, chat and email. Additionally, we offer optional upgrades like contract assistance and personal transaction coordination for added guidance.
How does List With Freedom work?
Listing your house at List With Freedom is fast, simple, and hassle-free. You complete four straightforward steps, and we’ll add your property to the MLS, simply choose your package, complete online listing forms, upload your photos and sign listing documents. That’s it! Then we’ll add your listing to the MLS.
How is List With Freedom different from traditional real estate agents?
Traditional agents typically charge 6% of your home’s sale price as commission. With List With Freedom, you pay a simple flat fee to get your home on the MLS and syndicated to all major real estate sites. You get the same MLS exposure and our expert support team, but you save thousands in commissions. When your home sells, there is a very small compliance fee paid to us (0.25% or 0.50% based on your package), much less than a traditional real estate agent.
